External Auditor

The BAC shall recommend to the Board of Directors on the appointment / reappointment of the external auditor and verification of its independence and the non-performance of any additional work that may affect its independence. The external auditor shall be appointed by the General Assembly of Shareholders. ( Bader Adel Al-Abduljader / Ernst & Young - Al Aiban& Al Osaimi & Partners) as the Company's auditor.
